PASHMINA CAMEL

Pashmina en cachemire tissée et brodée entièrement à la main dans la vallée du Kashmir, à Srinagar. La couleur de fond est un très beau ton de camel.
Le tissage de ce pashmina est appelé Diamond weave.
Extrêmement doux et léger il est aussi très chaud.
Chaque étape de la fabrication d’un pashmina est manuelle. Du filage au tissage puis à l’étape finale de la broderie.
Le motif est floral. La broderie est de couleur rose, orange et rouge.
Chaque pièce nécessite plusieurs semaines de travail au brodeur. Nos pashminas sont tous signés par l’artisan.

A superb Pashmina in pure cashmere, hand woven and hand embroidered in Srinagar in Kashmir.
The color is Camel, a light tone of brown.
All the processes of the pashmina are hand made. From the spinning of the yarns, the woven of the shawl and the embroidery.
The embroidery requires several weeks of work to the embroider artisan. The motif is floral. The color of this embroidery is orange, pink and red.
Each pashmina is signed by the artisan.
